Housing bottom?
Something I have been convinced about for quite some time is that we are really not close to a Bottom in housing. I remember back in March of 2006 when subprime first reared it's ugly head in the mainstream media. I remember Bernanke coming out and saying that the subprime crisis was unlikely to spill over into the broader market and economy.
