Well, I guess it is all good now. Last night Cramer officially declared a bottom in housing. Never mind unemployment is 9.4% and accelerating, never mind interest rates are starting to spike, never mind about the Alt A and option ARM resets coming up over the next year or two, according to Cramer it's over so go buy a house damn it. I hope his call here is better than his recommendation to buy Bear Stearns a week before they collapsed. --------------------------------------------------------------
