I saw this video originally on iTulip where Bloomberg had a guest named Joe Saluzzi who trades for Themis Trading. Kind of made a lightbulb go off. He does a great job of explaining in laymans terms what is going on in the stock market right now in mid 2009 and how program trading effects market swings.
